6How to purchase from us:

There are two ways that you can purchase from us:

IN STOCK items – these items are available for delivery immediately (1-3 working days delivery).  Please note we do not send out parcels on public holidays and our courier does not work on public holidays or weekends. 

PRE ORDER items – I order from my factory every Monday and I will then send to you within 2 weeks – For PRE ORDERS We give an approximate processing time from Monday order date. Please understand, that this is a processing time only and does not include the amount of time it may take for you to receive your order once you receive a tracking number.

Please note with regards to PRE ORDERS:
If your item is on PRE-ORDER, it will be processed within approximately 2 weeks from our Monday order dates. In some cases, this time may need to be extended due to high demand products still being in production or delays in transit – both cases which we cannot predict nor control. We will then therefore offer you the opportunity to wait an extra 10-14 days, choose an alternative in stock item, or we will be happy to refund.

All prices exclude delivery – we only use a door to door courier and courier (no collection option is available) prices are as follows:
R60 – local Durban area
R100 – national area
R120 – outlying areas

*if you have already paid courier and are adding items – please contact me on checkout (before payment) so i can cancel the courier cost*

Exchanges/Returns

Should you not be happy with your purchase, the item must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery at a cost to the buyer, a credit note will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Payment options

Eft , payfast, zapper – please contact me for banking details should you wish do do an ATM deposit

We now also offer Mobicred – mobicred is an online account that gives buyers access to a credit facility – a buy now pay later system, this runs through payfast. Click payfast to pay and then apply for mobicred.

NB: CASH DEPOSIT FEES – if you deposit cash at the teller inside bank – add R80
